Tim Clark grew up in San Angelo, Texas, his formative years revolving around the real estate industry. Tim’s experience working within his family’s home building business led him early on to discover his entrepreneurial talents. Pursuing and growing those talents, Tim graduated in 1990 from San Angelo State University, earning a BBA in accounting.

Upon graduating, Tim utilized his financial skills and opened his own landscape and construction business. After 18 successful years, Tim chose to sell his business and focus his energy on his passion: commercial and ranch real estate. In 2002, Tim relocated to the Granbury area where he completed and received his real estate license in 2003. Naturally drawn to the professionalism and realistic analysis of data, Tim found satisfaction in working within the commercial real estate market. This further motivated him to pursue his broker’s license in 2007, all the while expanding his knowledge by obtaining his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation that same year – quite the feat! Tim is honored to be one of only 12,000 REALTOR’s® in North America to have achieved this designation. Not one to sit on his laurels, Tim continues to identify new ways to expand his expertise in the commercial, industrial, and ranch real estate fields.

Going hand-in-hand with his knowledge of and passion for ranch real estate, Tim raises beef cattle. It’s this inside knowledge of both ranching and real estate that gives him a keen understanding of investors’ and end-users’ needs. But his inside knowledge doesn’t stop at representing buyers and sellers in ranch real estate transactions; Tim is also an astute investor in farm and ranch properties as well as commercial properties. As such, he understands firsthand investors’ needs. Tim Clark possesses vast experience in the sometimes-complicated world of real estate. He utilizes his experience, along with his knowledge and integrity, to bring his clients results.
